FIRE! This is fun. Melt the paint and reveal the fresh wood underneath. But it makes the fire alarm go off every 5 minutes. The neighbours must think we're burning the place down.
We have bought a flat. It needs a lot of work. This blog will track our progress as we scrape off wallpaper, paint walls, replace bits, buy furniture and generally create somewhere lovely to live out of not very much.
We have named this blog Beanbaps after our beloved Sarah Beenie of Property Ladder. Oh Beanbaps, we wish you were here with us. Should we redo the kitchen? Should we replaster the walls? No one ever listens to you on your show, but we would do everything you said! Come to us, Beenie!
